2 years ago install the provided .cia file with FBI or such homebrew, or put the .3dsx file to the 3ds folder in your SD card, and launch it from the Homebrew Launcher.

Hi, I've just tried to install this on my 3ds but no idea how to install. Do i need to connect it to my pc or put the files on SD card? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
