Alias ​​logic fix and loop fix, force python version 12 to fix version higher than 12 error which causes 500 internal server error

Thank you, after https://github.com/masterking32/MasterCryptoFarmBot/commit/eaab4fc64a1aaaffdc355220c751d6d1e34428f7 , We are supporting Python 3.13 so we no longer need to check the Python version.
