convert our top consonants and vowels into proper IPA #11

It may be beneficial to convert all of these into proper IPA so we can later have links to how to pronounce them.

The sounds circled in the following charts are the sounds mentioned in the lists. However, there are still missing sounds because I'm not sure what the author refers to, and also they are not on the IPA chart. They are "n, nj, and a~.

@yhdaphne one thing that will be very helpful is to find the html codes for these. when we write out documentation, then we can make sure all the data is accurate. also, these are great for identifying IPA but they are just images. like, we may need links to each sound individually so we can more easily identify each sound, get the html codes, and figure how to say them etc. You know the easiest way to do that?
