So I am the owner of a league for F1 22 that is a little different then the usual. It's a fully customizable 11 team grid. With the teams they are player cars. My issue with your management sheet is that you can add a color to custom teams. It is something in my opinion I think could be added and wouldn't be that hard but I don't know much about it.

It is in fact much more difficult than it seems. I cannot create formulas within cells that edit conditional formatting, which is what makes cells change color. What you can do is create your own conditional formatting yourself, considering it would have to be case by case anyway. To unlock the sheet, go to the Review tool tab and click "Unprotect Sheet."
