Define the act pro-spective and retro-spective in the same flow/feedback loop [Maybe sprintspective] #17
There is this idea in agile where after a sprint we stop to do a retro-spective of what was done. Around the same time we also have to plan for the next sprint ( sprint planning). I want to combine these two activities in one where folks can see what was done and plan for what comes next.
This is somewhat reminiscent of what some bugs do when they move really fast (sprint) the stop to saccade/scan their environment (regain contextual awareness) and then do another sprint.
