The plugin allows to mirror an entire tracked embryo.
(The plugin is useful if the images got mirrored during image acquisition. This results is a mirrored embryo that needs to be (de)mirrored before the lineage registration plugin can be used.)
There is a new menu entry Plugins > Tree's Management > Mirror spots along X-axis.
Clicking it will show a Info message.
All spots a mirrored along the X-axis, if the user clicks continue.
(Ellipsoids are mirrored as well.)
