NSFW media not blurred sometimes #171

Sometimes, NSFW-marked images are not blurred, but the NSFW text warning is still displayed.

"Sometimes" is not a good description of steps to reproduce a bug.

I've noticed this bug 3 times within one week or so, and I have no idea what might have caused this. I didn't do anything weird or unexpected, just normally used the app.

i'm able to reproduce the bug this way:

un-blur a picture in the (home) timeline
open the post in thread view
blur the post in thread view
press back: the post shows "tap to reveal" and the un-blurred photo in background

Yes, that's it. Also, I've noticed a second bug:

Click on NSFW toot in the home timeline to open thread view.
Click on the image to unblur it.
Go back to the home timeline. The image is blurred but the NSFW text is gone.
