[Feature] Add post scheduling #753

The title says enough. All Mastodon apps, even derived apps like Megalodon and Moshidon have post scheduling. So you could probably just copy and paste the code.

Post scheduling is the only feature I think the official Mastodon app is missing, implementing this would encourage me to keep using this app rather than switching back over to Husky.
