Upgrade to HTTP.rb v4 #39

Updates HTTP.rb to v4.0 so that gem 'http' is compatible to reference in a Gemfile.

Deleted Gemfile.lock from the repo since it prevents people with different Bundler versions from working on this project, and Gemfile.lock isn't used by RubyGems anyway when the gem is published. Also allowed failures on ruby-head since it was failing in a strange way that didn't seem like it had to do with my changes.
