Bring bridge more accessible through integration ( link ) with Mastodon #26

It would drive more interested users to the platform if user could go to bridge.joinmastodon.org from settings page user to see if more Twitter users have moved over & to remind it is there for you. A lot of new people haven't heard about it or didn't use it.
