Put timestamps on Announcements from admins at the top of the Home column.
Motivation
When you log into an instance for the first time in a while and you can't exactly remember how long it's been and there is a new Announcement that says "this instance will be going down for a week for some really weird maintenance two Fridays from now" it is really hard to work out what the heck is going on.
When there's 4 Announcements and they all refer to something that may or may not be happening and it would all be clear if you just knew what order to read them in but there's no timestamps, it's really confusing.
