Hashtag recommendation on posts #23089

Pitch

When you draft a post, the system would recommend hashtags based on words or phrases or hashtags in similar posts.

Motivation

Hashtags are important in mastodon, and coming up with the right ones can be a bit of a chore.

With curated hashtags (#26554), there'd even be the possibility to suggest related hashtags or avoid misspelling them (#23454), or even other languages and such (#21491)
