Tuck the draw contents into the top left column in advanced view

I wrote a userscript that tucks the navigation, search and compose area into the top of the leftmost column in the advanced view. This is to save the wasted space in the default advanced view, so I can have more columns of sweet fediverse content.

Motivation

• This is good for people who want more content, and less whitespace, or who have limited screen real estate.
  • particularly good if you want to have home, local, federated, and notifications columns open.
• it involves a minor reshuffle of the DOM, and could be made an optional feature.
• This goes well with resizeable columns, as per my other FR https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/25349
