Pause animated avatars by default on profile pages #7380

Animated gifs are generally paused until cursor hover on logged out pages for accessibility. When logged in the "autopause gifs" setting pauses avatars as well as gifs in toots.

At the moment animated gif avatars are animated on profile pages whether or not you're logged in. Could they be autopaused until you hover your cursor over them?

This is still an issue. I usually have to cover animated avatars on the screen with my hand, so that I can read the text on the page.

Update for anyone subscribed to this issue - @renatolond fixed the smaller avatars on profiles and threads in 2.5, but the big avatars at the top are still animated. Now I only have to scroll a little way to avoid the animation, and only on the main profile page, so this is still pretty excellent, and thank you. :)
