New Bug created js.php error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any page, i.e as a guest 
2.https://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php
3. In IE if you click the error button you will see the following

jon i can't find this error on IE or firefox.i follow the step but still i can 
see that error.
