Column titles from Employer view should be centered

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to: https://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/buyer/viewMyProjects when you 
are logged in
2. Check the names of the columns from category: Work in progress/ Past 
projects/ Canceled projects
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The name of the column should be in the center of the row, not in the bottom

hi the screenshot you gave is for worker view, but the problem appears to be 
happening only for worker view, i tried clearing my cache again, deleting all 
objects, but same issue.
