Email page button from Project details doesn't work #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a project details page 
(https://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/project/view/223)
2. Click on "Email page" button
3. Type an email address and hit Send

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The email didn't arrived in the mailbox ans "Something wrong message is 
displayed"
