Add new functionality to read messages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login as nzprince/lancia123, go to mail

If you click the Project namelink > you are taken to the project page.

In order to read the messages, which I think is the point of the Mail page, you 
have to go all the way to the right, select Read from the Options dropdown.

Make a special button/link, on the left side, to read that message.
