project invitation is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After creating a project as cihilt
http://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/project/view/1

2. I then registered as user, mech1 and set his skill to mechanic

However the "Project Invitation" template didn't get sent to his email address.

From Admin, there is no section that controls this feature either, i.e the 
frequency, rate, emails

password: Panda123!

Hi Jon, 

There are some bugs and issues about this. Please answer the follow:-

1) Where I can get the link to invite user by email address?

2) Admin invitation function is only implemented on "invitation on email" 
function. Not working on registered user.

3) Was the admin invitation function worked before? Will I change this? 

4) There are problem in drop down in direct user invitation from user list 
page. Will I work on that.

Latest notification has checked. The link is

You can check your self or you can give me the info to setup the cron. Code is 
okay there.

Great its now working, however I plan to set this up with a daily cron for now 
and once email feature is complete we can adjust this to incorporate it into 
the database.
