Orientation bugs #3

This seems to contain a number of problems:

  1. If you rotate an iphone, the ad stays the same width - there is no auto width option.
  2. If you position the ad at the bottom of your app, it'll not show up when you switch to landscape as its set to show lower down than the window height.
  3. No alignment options (e.g center or bottom center)
