as far as you already set them rel="noopener noreferrer" https://github.com/mat-sz/react-letter/issues/4 or at least could you provide the possibility to change this "target" field in links?

Fixed in version 0.3.1 of react-letter and version 1.0.1 of lettersanitizer.
