Have you installed the Novation USB driver? It allows you to use your Launchpad with multiple programs at once. Also, we'd recommend posting future questions in the Apollo Studio Discord server.

Thanks,I had download Novation USB driver,without it,I even can't open Apollo Studio,maybe I should reset it.

Not sure, the Launchpad should show up. Check the Manufacturer of your Launchpad MK2 in the Windows Device Manager?

It shows up in Windows Device Manager when I Insert USB,and disappears when I pull out USB...
