File Problem #448

Describe your inquiry

so i downloaded the file and when i open it up in file explorer there is no way to actually open apollo. i might just not be doing something right but i would love to get some help with this. thx

I have a windows laptop with abelton live standard 10, and if it matters I use a LP MK2

If you used the installer, it should be installed and you can access it through the start menu. What exactly does "when i open it up in the file explorer there is no way to actually open apollo" mean? do you mean you found the apollo folder but there is no executable? the executable itself is called Apollo.exe

Yeah so the Apollo folder is in my files but I can’t figure out how to get apollo on my screen, it just opens more folders. I’m not at home right now but I could show you a picture if you need it. When I do get home I will check for the exe folder.

Hey update on Apollo, so I tried downloading it again and for some reason, this time the file type was different and I got it installed. Now it’s not showing my MK2 in the configuration but I’m working on that
