GBIF API is dead #2

It looks like the GBIF API is dead.

The portal previously deployed on data.gbif.org in no longer maintained. Please visit GBIF.org for access to biodiversity data mediated through the GBIF network.

@ryneches thanks for the heads up! I'll put a warning in the README. It seems there's a new developer API and it must be possible to get the same information:

Yeah, it should be possible, but it looks like some of the query structure changed. :-(
