Merge add and edit event buttons.

Hi peeps, thanks for the PR. I just tried to catch you on discord but no luck. I'm reviewing the feature and I'm finding it difficult to view the UI.

Could you add a screenshot to this ticket (of the updated view)? - just ctrl-v to paste as a comment in the PR.

Can you also add a quick instruction on how I can test it? eg: do I need to add some dummy data to the database? If so, could that be included in the db seed data?
