Use multer to add image to pet profile database.

FRONT END

[ ] Research multer and update the 'add image' section of the pet profile

BACK END

[ ] Research multer and add to the database.

Testing

[ ] Manually test that the image us being sent to database, and then rendered on screen
[ ] If needs be, do a back end test of the database to check for image data

Stretch

[ ] add drag and drop for image files
