Propose alternative to Ramkalni

Hi Guys, I did some research and discovered quite nice alternative to summer event in Ramkalni.

Summer event for employees only (no families) in London UK visiting A Midsummer Night's Dream performance in Shakespeare's Globe Theater

Plan

  1. On Saturday 2019-08-10 we depart from Riga airport to London on AirBaltic flight BT 651 at 07:50
  2. We arrive to London Gatwick airport terminal S at 8:40 (London time)
  3. Trains to center i.e. to Blackfriars station which is quite close to Shakespeare's Globe Theater departs every 10 minutes
  4. I think we could stay in hotel next to East Croydon station, train from Gatwick stops there on it way from Gatwick to Blackfriars. For instance Westciti Caroco Aparthotel is a hotel in that area with a good rating. Staying in that area and not in a very center of London will save some money to company, and also will give us some flexibility, like someone can drop his or her belongings on a way from airport to center and others can just travel directly to the city.
  5. We can explore London any way we want till beginning of the performance at 19:30
  6. To familiarize ourselves with local traditions we should visit a pub after performance
  7. We can use morning and early afternoon of Sunday 2019-08-10 to continue London exploration. BTW Guys you are welcome to propose common activities like specific museum or spot to visit

  8. We leave London from Gatwick airport at 17:25 and arrive to Riga at 22:05

    10th and 11th of August are not the only dates available for this event, I believe we also could time this event with scope 10 years in Riga anniversary hence make it a little bit later and with representatives from South Africa
