Athena Engine Version 2 is being deprecated, and isn't necessary due to the timestamp precision workaround.

Athena has recently just deprecated query hints added in this PR, this PR needs to be updated

We need to add guidance on the deprecation of query hints, requires contacting AWS Support to enable a feature for (merge mode) enrichment feature to work.
