I Installed the program through the AUR(with yay) I use Arch Linux

I got this as well when first running from terminal, but then I used GOverlay to edit the settings and it created the file.

Using pamac I'm able to see a replay-sorcery.conf in /usr/etc/ so if you're not using GOverlay you could copy that file to ~/.config
