Use custom domain if available on RSS links #54

Currently, it is the mataroa link that is being used in the RSS feed of a mataroa blog even if the custom domain is populated. Let's make it so that the custom domain link is used.

I would guess not very difficult, but this is just a guess! Timeline is unclear.
