Setup ansible for deployment

This PR sets up ansible configuration scripts for deployment, moving away from custom shell scripts.

• [x] Set up ansible scripts
• [x] Replace uwsgi with gunicorn
• [x] Make settings environment configurable
• [x] Update docs with new deployment method
