Convert manuals to GFM.
Include converted documents in the launcher UI with custom titles (is neater).
Allow the user to pick an LDL tutorial map to build.
Improve AudioQuake.spec.
More use of Pathlib (still feels somewhat naughty, but nice in that it does make for shorter lines).

Closes #30.
