BDS-Crash when closing Delphi 2007. Solution: Don't store application data inside the Programs Folder #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CnWizards into a folder under C:\Program Files\
2. make sure UAC is on (Vista/Win7)/ or use a non admin account under XP
3. close BDS

What is the expected output?
The expected output is that BDS closes without any issues.

What do you see instead?
I see a BDS crash adn Windows Error reporting pops up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 RTM / Delphi 2007

Please provide any additional information below.
The crash is caused by an access denied error when writing the User-folder
with the application data from CnWizard
