Incomplete recovery translations

If you try to compile with the Russian translation will come out an error:

menu.c: In function 'display_retail_high_memory':
menu.c:548: error: 'SEConfig' has no member named 'retail_high_memory'
menu.c: In function 'display_mac_spoofer':
menu.c:555: error: 'SEConfig' has no member named 'macspoofer'
menu.c: At top level:
menu.c:626: error: 'SEConfig' has no member named 'retail_high_memory'
menu.c:631: error: 'SEConfig' has no member named 'macspoofer'
make[1]: *** [menu.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

Yet only the "Use mac.txt in /seplugins" is missing in all translations except 
English and German
