Seeking takes a huge time #4

A lot of people are pissy about the fact that streaming-media-encoder takes a huge time to seek through the video on chromecast, the further the seek time from the current time, the more it takes. (it can even take 10 minutes or more sometimes until it starts playing from the new position)

I'd love to figure out why it does this and if it's at all fixable or not, and you're literally the only person on this planet that can answer that for me.

So be a pal and come out of you're hole for a second to spin me back into orbit.

Oh you're not supplying the timestamp or byte-ranges correctly
