Issues noted from first batch of PCBs from JLCPCB:

Chip identifier silkscreen text missing - was it on the right layer, was the same on another layer? Might be the library.
Raspberry Pi 40-pin header silkscreen is on the wrong side. Luckily, only the silkscreen was flipped.
Should add a few more vias to connect ground planes

Also note matburnham/kicad-libs#1 footprint issues which should be fixed and pulled in.
