website: homepage #113

Right now the manual is serving as the home page, but it doesn't quite fit. There is information that has been put in the manual which doesn't really belong there, like Downloads, and there is information which might be more useful on the home page that isn't present.

So create a homepage that links to:

Make sure to have some sort of spiffy introduction.

because <article> and <section> ends up breaking everything into separate pages (unless we use html-nochunks,) we can go ahead and merge all pages into one. This would also eliminate the need for links between the different pages. Plus we then wouldn't have to rename the various index.html files.

now using

instead of . Result is that we have one file that compiles into several html files and includes table of contents.
