Add geocoding #100

Add better geocoding.

Minimal features:

[ ] convert post code to city name
[ ] state for each city
... @maltezacharias

@josauder What's our opinion about https://github.com/komoot/photon? Did we dismiss this issue? Should I run your SQL query?

Wrong repo, I'd say? Should we transfer to m4e? (As we will be implementing there, ofc we should use m4h to get an idea how good our solution works on a real life db)

Since there is no issue yet in m4e, I will comment here. There are lots of edge-cases, I have a fresh one here for you: Screenshot from 2020-07-08 23-47-22
