Add BMBF logo #15

(How) should we add the BMBF logo here? I guess it should not appear on instances of people setting this up hastily and forgetting to remove it, thus we should only include it in out demo-instance. We should probably create a demo-configuration and commit it in a subfolder of this repository as an example/starting point for new forks at some point?

Should we add the logo to the website in the meantime, or maybe just the README for now?

Other take could be that we develop this platform within the same project so it should also include the logo

I mean there is not really a 'production' website of m4e online. Maybe we can add this to this readme, our github organisation and obviously m4h.

There is already a PR in m4h ;)
