In order to ensure compatibility of spacefish on Windows, macOS, and Linux, I would like to have our test suite run on AppVeyor in order to ensure that they pass on a Cygwin environment.
Motivation and Context
The test suite provides confidence that spacefish works on Linux, but not on Windows.
