[WIP] Add various fish package managers to CI

Description

At the moment, we can't be confident that spacefish remains compatible with all existing fish package managers with every release. This aims to solve that.

Types of changes

[ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

OMF installation is crashing part-way through on Linux with a buffer overflow. Not too sure what to do. 😕
