This PR refactors the Kindling blocks and extensions:

Move styles from blocks.scss to style.scss files within each block's directories.
Same with PHP from block-renders.php

This PR also renames the class names for the block link extension from mdg to kindling.

┆Issue is synchronized with this Asana task
