Enhancement of mobile and desktop view Talent / Job-Pool

Reference is made to the Talent / Job pool "Bubble view", which is not completely visible both on mobile and desktop version: 1. Desktop version: It's not possible to scroll up and down the screen to make bubbles (completely) visible, when they're situated further away from the center bubble (=user him-/herself). So as a user, if one wants to see all of the elements, switch to "tile view" is necessary.

2. Mobile version: "Bubble view" does not function at all on mobile version (Samsung Galaxy A52, Android Version 12, Chrome Vers. 98.0.4758.87). Switch to tile view not possible

Enhancement of mobile & desktop view

• For desktop: Possibility of scrolling up and down the screen
• Mobile: enhancement of the mobile view as a whole (I cannot say what is needed to do so ;-))

Describe alternatives you've considered For desktop: Design change (e.g. shortening the connecting lines between bubbles) Mobile: maybe we should consider not providing a mobile version of the bubble view, since it is to small anyway?
