verify what we publish #193

When publishing on Anaconda, we should verify that the package can be installed correctly by users.

We could check this by adding an extra step to the publish to conda ci workflow https://github.com/matchms/matchms/blob/19c488ddc7618f40c393d50656be506384121cd7/.github/workflows/ci_deploy_anaconda.yml
