Additional input parameters

Pull request from @djoas. I moved it in #111 to run full continuous integration pipeline.

One thing that's missing is adding tests for the additional input option. Suggestion:

• [x] Add test in test_SpectrumBinner.py ?
• [x] Add test to test_models.py (like test_save_and_load_model(tmp_path))
• [x] Add your name to CITATION.cff and .zenodo.json 😃
