Use the new asyncXxx functions in libasynql #40

I have not released the new libasynql version yet, but you might find it useful to test the new changes.

If you have time, please help me test this pull request with the await-generator-support branch of libasynql and tell me whether it works. I'll release the new libasynql version if you tested it alright.

I close the PR because too old. The incoming PM5 branch will integrate the latest libasynql + await-generator versions.
