update help #518

Test: $ yelp help/C This is mainly the help page of evince, with some adoptions to match Atrils UI. Originally I just wanted to add synctex help pages, but editing the index.docbook is a pain. Screenshot at 2021-03-12 11-49-04

Closing, as I can not get access to this branch anymore (git shows You are in 'detached HEAD' state.) I have no idea how I screwed it up.
