PageDown/Up doesn’t move caret #538

See upstream report as Evince #1680; also affects Atril master.

Open a multi-page document and enable caret navigation (F7).

Hit PageDown. Visually, the document view scrolls down to the next page.

Now hit the Down arrow to move the caret: you’ll realize that it
actually remained on the first page. That’s not the expected
behavior (e.g. in a web browser, a text editor or word processor).

I can confirm this occurs on Debian Unstable with Atril 1.26
