atril should be ported to webkit2gtk-4.1 #582

In general, a simple migration from 4.0 to 4.1 in https://github.com/mate-desktop/atril/blob/master/configure.ac#L625

should work as soon as libsoup is not involved. This would allow to migrate away from old webkit2gtk versions

In fact, Debian is applying a similar change for some time: https://sources.debian.org/src/atril/1.26.0-2/debian/patches/1001-webkit2gtk4.1.patch/
