"Text beside icons" does not work for the Desktop #1734

Expected behaviour

It should work for the Desktop.

Other settings like this is working for the Desktop: Caja -> Preferences -> Views -> Icon view -> Default zoom level

Actual behaviour

It is working for caja, but not for the Desktop.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Caja -> Preferences -> Views -> Icon view -> Check "Text beside icons"
